Everyone has a different philosophy concerning life, concerning work and concerning love. It’s very rare if one has a philosophy that contains guidance for all three things, but for some rare people, this is possible. I am not one of those people.
When it comes to dealing with customers and clients, my philosophy is simple: spell it all out. At Red Letter Creative, we believe with emphatic resoluteness that communication is the most essential thing when it comes to our relationships with our customers. We want to make sure that both sides know what is expected to make a project happen; because when it comes to representing who you are as a company or as a person, dedication and time is required by both parties.
We promise to be up-front about time constraints, financial budgets and expectations. There will be no surprises when you deal with us. Our goal is to ensure that our “yes” is “yes” and our “no” is “no.” In another words, you can rest assured that when a contract is in place between us and our customer, all tasks and obligations contained in the contract will be carried out with all expediency.
